There are tons of sites that are doing the blackout today in opposition to the SOPA and PIPA bills going through congress. I for one was surprised in the amount that I’ve run into so far today. Anyone following the news has known that big sites like Wikipedia and Reddit were doing it, but there are smaller sites joining in as well. From virtual pet sites to webcomics.
This is seriously something that does need to be stopped. Here is a link explaining why Wikipedia blacked out and their articles on the two bills.
